We are committed to providing the highest quality Sri Lankan cashews and nuts to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or refund under the following conditions.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for all unopened and unused products.
  • Products must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in good condition.
  • Perishable goods (such as cashews and nuts) that have been opened or partially consumed are not eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons.

3. Refund Process

  • If you are eligible for a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  • You will be required to provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt) and the reason for your return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted products are non-returnable.
  • Perishable products that have been opened or consumed are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

7. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, and other charges that may apply when returning items.
  • Refunds will be processed in the original currency used for the purchase.
